 BTL U Winter Complete Athlete Summer Program
Dec. 7th Feb 24th

Fridays (5:30pm 7pm), Saturdays (1:30pm 3pm), Sundays (1pm 2:30pm)

At: BTL II (8190 Hedge Ln. Terr. Shawnee, KS 66227)

Duration:11 weeks (33 Sessions)

Primary Focus: Strength Training, Speed Training, Plyometrics, Lateral Movement, Kinetic Chain, functional movements, Endurance, Flexibility, Core Strength/Stability, Hand/Eye Coordination, Mental toughness, Nutrition Advisory.

Weekly Agenda:
Fridays: Strength Training, Agility, Lateral Movements, Flexibility, Core Strength/Stability, Mental toughness, endurance, Nutrition advisory.
Saturdays: Strength Training, Agility, Lateral Movements, Flexibility, Core Strength/Stability, Mental toughness, endurance, Nutrition advisory.
Sundays: Plyometrics, Agility, Hand/Eye Coordination, Lateral Movements, Flexibility, Core Strength/Stability, Mental toughness, endurance, Nutrition advisory.

Available for all sports, gender, and age (Ages and Gender will be paired accordingly)

Cost: $400 (Non - Members) $350 (Members)
Drop in fee: $20
